Workshop

Introduction

Generative AI and virtual assistants are transforming how people search, consume, and trust information. To remain visible, businesses and professionals must ensure their content is not only search-friendly but also AI assistant–friendly. The way people find information is rapidly shifting. According to BrightEdge Research (2025), 18% of Google searches now include AI-generated summaries, meaning visibility is no longer limited to traditional search rankings. In June 2025, Similarweb reported that AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity generated 1.13 billion content referrals, reshaping how audiences discover information. In India specifically, Google (2025) announced that its AI Overviews now have over 100 million monthly active users in ‘AI Mode,’ signaling how quickly this behavior is becoming mainstream. AI assistants are shaping how people discover and trust information—one in five product searches is now answered first by an AI assistant before showing website links (BrightEdge, 2025). For entrepreneurs and NGOs, this means visibility depends on how well your story is interpreted and recommended by AI. For working professionals, marketers, and salespeople, the shift is clear—AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity generated over 1.13 billion referrals in June 2025 alone (Similarweb, 2025), already influencing customer journeys. For students and teachers, AI assistants are becoming everyday tools—over half of students use them weekly for study support (Campus Technology, 2024), making AI-ready content essential in education. Across all sectors, the message is the same: to stay visible and relevant, your content must move from being just search-friendly to being AI assistant-friendly.

This 1-day hands-on workshop will help you bridge that gap and prepare your content for the AI-first world.
