The criteria for learners to participate in online learning course are to have computer / mobile, internet and basic knowledge to operate this thing. Learners find online environment a convenient way to gain knowledge in their busy lives.

Any time access to digital learning is its one of the main advantages. Researchers show that online learning increases the depth of understanding amongst the learners. It provides platform for more innovative teaching with the use of presentations, images, recordings, videos, etc. It is sometimes cost effective as learners do not require travelling and also a lot of students can be accommodated in online learning so the fees kept are also minimal. Digital learning is sometimes self-paced so it provides learners with time flexibility.

It has become important for every one of us to keep us updated in order to grow in the career. Digital/online learning has become one of the important means in gaining knowledge. Working professionals too strive for knowledge in order to make themselves competitive. For them digital learning acts as an easy source to reach out. Many of the organizations make compulsory for their employees to take up online courses in order to develop their skills.

Research Methodology

A . Method of collecting data: Primary data collection method was used in this research i.e. survey was conducted using questionnaire method. A questionnaire consisting of 8 questions was prepared and was distributed among the target group to get feedback. Secondary data was only used for introduction and literature review purpose. Information was collected from Internet, Google and news items.
B . Sample size and technique of sampling: Simple random sampling method was used to select the target group. The Google form consisting of 8 questions was distributed among the 30 working professionals so as to get better idea regarding the research topic. The reason for selecting such small target group is the convenience of the researchers, respondents with whom the researchers were familiar were only taken for research as unknown respondents would have not given genuine responses.
C .Type of questionnaire and questions used: Structured and non-disguised method of questionnaire was used in this survey. The intension behind this survey was known to the respondents and the questions were pre-planned and pre-prepared. The reason behind using this method was the researcher would not require of instant thinking. 6 closed-ended questions were used in this questionnaire survey. The reason behind using this type of questions was that the respondents usually do not get bored as they are just made to tick from the given options and due to it respondents give accurate answers. Whereas in open-ended questions people are not that patient to give all the answers right so only 2 open-ended questions were taken. Altogether 8 questions were prepared for the research.
D .Type of research design:Descriptive research design is used in this research so as to answer various questions and find out certain reason for the same.
